Using NexPlacify means you agree to these terms.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NexPlacify, including its website, account features, career-preparation tools, content, communications, and related services.

By accessing or using NexPlacify, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

NexPlacify provides tools intended to help users understand career preparation, organize information, explore roles, identify gaps, build roadmaps, and practice for interviews.

You remain responsible for what you submit.

You may provide profile information, resumes, projects, messages, interview responses, feedback, documents, or other content to NexPlacify. You retain whatever rights you have in that content, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content and that doing so does not knowingly violate another person's rights or applicable law.

You grant NexPlacify the limited permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, display, transmit, analyze, secure, and otherwise use your content to provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy.

AI output is assistance, not authority.

Some NexPlacify features may use automated or AI-assisted systems to help summarize information, identify patterns, suggest priorities, support interview practice, or provide other product experiences.

• AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation.
• You are responsible for reviewing important recommendations and deciding whether to act on them.
• Do not treat AI output as professional, legal, financial, medical, employment, or other specialized advice.
• The final service should describe the specific AI providers and processing disclosures actually used.

NexPlacify does not decide your career for you.

Job information, role suggestions, readiness views, skill-gap analysis, roadmap priorities, interview practice, or other product outputs are intended to support your own decision-making.

NexPlacify does not guarantee employment, interviews, offers, compensation, admission, promotion, or any other career outcome. You remain responsible for verifying opportunity details, deadlines, qualifications, employer requirements, and decisions you make.

The product and its original materials remain protected.

Unless otherwise stated, NexPlacify and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, visual design, branding, interfaces, text, graphics, trademarks, code, and other original materials made available through the service.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of NexPlacify intellectual property to you. You receive only the limited right to use the service as permitted by these Terms.

If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact NexPlacify with sufficient information for the issue to be reviewed.

Some experiences may depend on other services.

NexPlacify may link to or integrate third-party websites, job sources, infrastructure providers, analytics tools, communication providers, AI services, or other external systems.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded in the jurisdiction that applies to you.

Responsibility is limited to what the law permits.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexPlacify and its relevant affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Any specific liability cap, exclusion, or consumer-law exception should be finalized by legal counsel for the jurisdiction and business model applicable to NexPlacify.

Access may end when necessary.

You may stop using NexPlacify at any time. NexPlacify may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, address misuse or security issues, comply with law, or for other legitimate operational reasons, subject to applicable legal requirements.
